Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To qualify, items must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging, with tags attached, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please email us at quyenchauotqxc@gmail.com. Returns must be shipped to the designated return address: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS]. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will review the issue and resolve it promptly.
Non‑Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, including:

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Additionally, sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the product you have. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order separately.
EU Cooling‑Off Period
For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without explanation. Items must meet the same eligibility requirements: unused, unworn, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks or credit card providers may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at quyenchauotqxc@gmail.com.
